Handmade Peace is a collective project that brings together four people from different nationalities who have found their way to France. The one thing they have in common is that they don't feel a sense of belonging. Where do we feel at home? How can our differences help to create peace? During this project, we embark on a quest to discover what it means to create peace. We propose a solution: a quilt. If everyone collaborates on a quilt by showcasing their culture, we can demonstrate that we belong together. We can show that different cultures can coexist. After all, if these four friends can do it, why not the world?
